The Food for Thought Project
The Food for Thought Project is a collaboration between researchers at the University of Leicester and a group of Fairtrade and Organic farmers, in Wayanad, Kerala in South India.
The farmers are creating their own stories to build a more open and genuine communication with food consumers in India and abroad. They invite consumers to step into their worlds, experience a taste of their farming lives and share their unique knowledge. |
